Monega Enterprises was established in 1989 as a sole proprietorship firm by a dynamic and visionary woman entrepreneur and has steadily grown over the years to a leading partnership firm.


The firm is managed by three well qualified and experienced partners. Mrs. Laxmi Rani, founder of the firm has over thirty years’ experience of administration and sales.
Mr. A.S.Tanwar, a medical graduate has over thirty years’ experience of administration, accounting, auditing and nineteen years of Sourcing and Development of products, Logistics and Export Marketing.
Mr. Gaurav, the third partner is a qualified Engineer with Bio-Tech qualifications, widely travelled person and co-ordinates the working of all personnel particularly in the Medical, Warehouse & Logistics Division. He has over Ten years experience in this field.

Monega provide all materials, tools, supervision, labor and equipment to support the installation and testing of all supplied equipment and/or systems prior to installation and/or after the equipment is installed.

Additionally, Monega will provide equipment operation and maintenance training. All equipment and system testing and installation shall be in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.

We assure customer satisfaction by providing full technical services. These are manned with factory trained specialists. In most of the cases the manufacturers themselves or their authorized agents take care of the warranty and repair obligation clauses of a contract. In other cases Monega Enterprises appoints competent local companies to act as representatives under full quality assurance and control from the head office. Our services include installation, if otherwise it is done by the expert staff of an existing facility and warranty of all the equipment supplied as well as training. The training of personnel in the use of new machinery and modern treatment methods is given utmost priority. The training is imparted to doctors and paramedics as well as to the technical staff of the customer. This is done through training of teams and repeater courses. Whether we train on site, at manufacturer’s factory premises or in a renowned hospital depends on the specific need of the customers.
